John has served as Appraiser and Umpire on disputed claims, regularly attends mediations and settlement conferences and has testified as an expert witness at the local, state, and federal level. John is a Registered Professional Adjuster, a past President of Blue Grass Claims Association, and a past Kentucky Claims Association and Blue Grass Claims Association Claims Person of the Year.
